Very pleased to see the alumni association highlight the contributions St. Joe alums have made to the community.

Challenge

The reason I am not in the yearbook is that I never officially graduated! I moved to Michigan in the second semester of senior year. I was short a geometry credit -- and I hated geometry. I could have been admitted to college without it but I would have to make it up. Instead, I took the GED at Western Michigan Universiry in Kalamazoo and got admitted to college (Indiana University at South Bend) on the basis of my GED, wiping out my high school transcript. So, while I have a law degree, technically I never graduated from high school!

That said, I loved St. Joe's and my classmates and teachers. And I miss Bob Biernat, Danny Wells and I rushing to the cafeteria for lunch!
