Bradford T. Bisciglia, 49, of Kenosha, died Wednesday (March 26, 2003) at his residence. Born Nov. 21, 1953, in Kenosha, he was the son of Thomas R. and Phyllis D. (Sentieri) Bisciglia. A life long resident of Kenosha, he attended St. Mary's Elementary School and was a 1971 graduate of St. Joseph High School. He received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a master's degree in education from Aurora University. On April 25, 1978, in St. Mark's Catholic Church, he married Kathryn Engelman. For 22 years he taught elementary school in Kenosha and Racine counties. He was featured in the listing of "Who's Who in American Education." He was an avid sports enthusiast and enjoyed reading, music, and playing cribbage. Survivors include his mother, Phyllis, of Kenosha; a daughter, Lisa, Bisciglia of Milwaukee; three brothers, Matthew E. (Geri) of St. Paul, Minn., David F. (Deann), and Neil J. (Laura), both of Kenosha; a sister, Francesca A. (Tom) Carswell of Kenosha; and his former wife, Kathryn Engelmann of Kenosha. His father preceded him in death Oct. 29, 2002.
