Margaret "Marge" (Jacyna) Richardson was born to Edwin J. and Irene (Duczak) Jacyna in Kenosha, WI on Dec. 12, 1946. She graduated from St. Joseph's High School and earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Marge married Dan Richardson on Aug. 16, 1969 and had one son, Nick. Marge worked as a teacher in the East Troy Community School District for 38 years and was also a member of the Women's Club of East Troy, the East Troy Area Historical Society, the Walworth County Historical Society, and the Wisconsin Education Association--Retired Teachers. Marge was a wonderful wife, mother, and sister, a dedicated teacher, and a loving friend. She will be missed greatly by all those whose lives she touched.
