Bob was the son of the late Merle G. and Laverne I. (Knapp) Oglesby. He served in the U.S. Army from Aug. 9, 1966 until his honerable discharge July 20 1968. On Dec. 20, 1966, at St. Mary Catholic Church, he married Kathy A. Ostlund. For 42 years he was employed at Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts (formerly Gordon Auto Parts); since 1998 he was the manager. He attended St. Mary's Catholic Church, was a member of Midwest Street Machine Association, and was a very active member of the Automotive Technicians of Southeastern Wisconsin. Bob was one of the founding fathers of the Kenosha Area Soccer League. The above information was obtained from his obituary in the Kenosha News.
