STEPHEN W. LEMERE

Stephen William LeMere (Steve) died June 10, 2008, at his home in Banning, CA. He was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Feb. 27, 1945. He attended St. Mary's Grade School, St. Joseph's High School and earned his B.A. from UW Parkside. He married Diana, his w ife of 37 years at Spangdahlem Air Force Base Chapel in Germany. Steve is preceded inn death by his parents, Laura and Steve LeMere. He is survived by his wife, Diana of Banning, CA; his daughter, Andrea Aguilera (Brandon); and granddaughter, Milan of Oceanside, CA; his sister, Lynn Neu (Jerry) of El Cajon, CA. Steve was an owner-operator (trucker), and was the best husband, father, Papa, big brother, brother-in-law, cousin, and nephew anyone could ever have! He left for his daughter, Andrea, his humor, his expertise in money management and his good looks. He left his wife, Diana, 37 years of incredibly wonderful, happy memories. Steve will be remembered for his quick wit, tender heart, and that "gotcha" grin! A Funeral Mass was celebrated at Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Church in Beaumont, CA, on June 16th. Final inurnment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego. Donations in Steve's memory can be made to the American Heart Association or the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance.
