Patricia Palmas (Mink)

Patricia Mink, 70, of Kenosha passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, at United Hospital System-St. Catherine's after a lengthy illness.

Pat was the daughter of the late Dominic and Genevieve (Klotz) Palmas. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, and was a member of the last graduating class (1958) at St. Mary's Catholic High School. She was a member of the color guard of the Kenosha CYO Band, where she met Ronald Marion, whom she married on June 6, 1958 in Kenosha. Following Ronald's passing, she married Kenneth Mink on September 8, 1990, in Clarksdale, Arizpna.

Pat was employed as an executive secretary at Jockey International in Kenosha for many years. She was a member of the Lakeshore Tabernacle in Kenosha. Her hobbies included arts and crafts and spending time with her family, grandchildren, and her golden retriever, "Misty."

Survivors include her children, Lenore (Chris) Hanzalik of Winter Haven, Fla., Elizabeth (Steve) Kuhnley of Kenosha, and Lori-Lynn Ray of Pleasant Prairie; a brother, Robert (Nancy) Palmas of Kenosha; a sister, Rochelle (Michael) Anderson of Kenosha; and five grandchildren, Katie Kuhnley, Andrew (Jessica) Hanzalik, Corey Hanzalik, Nikolas Kuhnley, and Tamaira Kuhnley. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ronald Marion and Kenneth Mink.
