Jacqueline A. “Jackie” Pulera, 77, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 12, 2015, at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Racine, WI, on December 3, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Jack and Violet (Johnson) McCarthy. She moved to Kenosha as a young girl and graduated from St. Mary High School.

On September 2, 1961, she married James Pulera at St. Mary Catholic Church.

Jackie retired from Chase Bank in 2005 after over 50 years in banking. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, James Pulera, Sr. of Kenosha; three children, Joanie (Michael) Prescott, Tina Pulera and James Pulera, Jr., all of Kenosha; ten grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank Dr. Haider, Jamie Cairo, the Aurora Cancer Center and Hospice Alliance for all of the wonderful care they gave to Jackie.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 17th, at St. Mary Catholic Church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 12:00 noon. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance would be appreciated by the family.
