What have you been up to since you graduated:

I've work in two industries. Hospitality, and transportation. I have owned two trucking companies. A general freight operation when I lived on the mainland, and our current one in the live music industry. I left the culinary field in 2013 due to carpal tunnel and arthritis in my wrist. We started our current venture at that time. I retired in 2018, but I still work the summer tour season and fly back home to Hawaii for the winter. It's tough being gone for six to eight months at a time, but at least I don't have to live through winters, and my wife gets to comes out on tour with me for a few weeks at a time. When I'm home, I'm the gardener and landscaper
