Susan Mary Aluce (68), of Okauchee, WI passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones.

Susan was born on July 19th, 1957 in Kenosha, WI to her late parents, Wayne and Sandra Tabbert. She grew up in Wisconsin with her siblings, Lynn Gilbert and Jeffrey Tabbert, and was a beacon of love and kindness to all who knew her. Susan's passion for caring for others led her to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marquette University, where she met the love of her life, Gregory Aluce. Susan dedicated an incredible 37 years to her nursing career, where her compassion and expertise touched countless lives.

Susan found joy in the simplest pleasures of life. She loved to cook and bake, creating delicious meals and treats for her family and friends, particularly at the lake house. Susan was an avid Badger sports fan and found happiness in taking care of her beloved golden retrievers. She enjoyed going for walks, taking boat rides, and simply hanging out on the porch gazing at their beautiful lake. Above all, she was an extraordinary mother and grandmother who brought immense joy and warmth to her children and grandchildren.

Susan's heart was full of love for her family, the source of her greatest happiness. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Gregory Aluce, and their three cherished children, Ryan Aluce (Tiziana), Brittany Koss (Matthew), and Christopher Aluce (Laurie). Her legacy of love continues through her six adored grandchildren, who she treasured dearly – Alessia (9), Ellery (9), Stella (7), Luca (6), Maylee (4), Willam (2), and a 7th grandchild on the way.

Susan's memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit of generosity, kindness, and dedication will continue to inspire those she left behind.

Services will be held on November 7th, 2025 at St. Dominic Catholic Parish, 18255 W Capitol Drive, Brookfield, WI, with visitation from 10:00-11:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HAWS in Susan’s honor and memory.
