Carolyn L. Neubecker (Skau), 70, of Baraboo, Wisconsin, formerly of Kenosha, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 26, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Kenosha on April 17, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Adeline (Tirabassi) Skau. On January 30, 1971, she married Robert N. Neubecker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Parish in Baraboo, WI. She loved to attend mass and contribute to the church's overall mission. She enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking, walking by the lake, and spending time with her family. Her love, generosity and compassion for others will always be treasured.

She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Robert Neubecker Sr.; a brother, Ernest (Dawn) Skau, Jr.; three children: Julie Neubecker; Stacy (Christopher) Kachur; and Robert Neubecker Jr.; two grandchildren: Hannah Kachur and Dominick Neubecker.

In addition to her parents, Carolyn was preceded in death by siblings: Therese Skau on January 19, 2018, and Richard J. Skau on November 23, 1983.

Per Carolyn's wishes, a private memorial service and burial was held in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Please join us for a memorial Mass to celebrate the life of Carolyn. We will gather on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, 7307 40th Avenue in Kenosha.
