Eileen Hartnell (Falcone)

Eileen T. Falcone, died peacefully at home with her loving husband by her side, on Tuesday November 25, 2025, in Kenosha, WI at the age of 77. 

Eileen was born on May 2, 1948 in Kenosha, WI, the daughter of the late Clyde and Lillian (Niccolai) Hartnell.  She was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from St. Joseph’s High School.Eileen was employed as a sales clerk for Barden’s, a production operator for Mengo Industries (Dot Line) and as a nail technician for Esther’s Beauty Salon.  She retired, and went on to babysit her grandchildren.  Her most coveted role was being a mother and nana.  

She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, auntie, friend, and she touched the lives of so many people around her. She loved with all her heart and will be deeply missed.


Eileen married Joseph Falcone on May 27th,1989. She was a proud mother of four children, who will be remembered for her patience, kindness, and unwavering care.  She prepared delicious meals for holidays and found joy in family gatherings, caring for her home, and offering comfort to those around her.  She enjoyed watching television, gardening and baking.


Eileen is survived by her loving husband, three children; Don (Amy) Borden of Kenosha, Peter (Stacey) Falcone of Racine and Brian (Pam) Falcone of Kenosha. Grandchildren Matt (Jessica Stevens) Petersen, Blake and Zachary Borden, Deena, Joseph, Vincent, Brian Jr. and Makayla Falcone, Nicholas, Charles, Amanda, Alexandra Edman and six great grandchildren.  She is further survived by her brothers Leonard (Clare) Hartnell and Tim (Laurie) Hartnell and by her sisters: Marianne (Wallace) Daniels, Elizabeth (Edward) Miller, Janet Germinaro, Therese (Anthony) Caira, Roseanne (David) Lawler, Carolyn Molinaro and dozens of nieces and nephews.

Preceding Eileen in death were her daughter Natalie Edman, sister Christine Stewart,  brother-in-law Frank Germinaro, and ex-husband Joseph Borden.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday December 5th, 2025, at 11:00AM at Our Lady of the Holy Rosary of Pompeii Catholic Church in Kenosha. (2224-45th Street or Corner of 22nd Avenue and 45th street, Kenosha WI) Visitation with the family will be on Friday in the church from 9:30AM until the time of mass.

In lieu of flowers memorials would be appreciated.
