Barbara Sieger, 74, longtime resident of Milwaukee passed away after a long illness Aug. 14, 2016.

Born Dec. 6, 1941, to Alois C. and Martha J. (nee Paulsen) Sieger. Loving sister of William (Jeanne DeSimone), the late Mary Wanserski, Michael, John (Linsey Schroeder), Robert and James (Kim Kurklis) Sieger. Special friend of Judith Janes and William Lemieux. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Barbara was educated in the schools of Kenosha. She graduated from St. Josephs High School and studied art in college. Barbara was a talented artist and was president of Feminists for Life-Wisconsin. She worked for the Humane Society and especially loved dogs.

Visitation will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church (Three Holy Women), 2011 N. Oakland Avenue, Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 7 p.m. Interment will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 23, at St. Georges Cemetery, 2909 Sheridan Rd, Kenosha. Please meet at the front entrance.
