James Langer

James R. Langer, 68, passed away at Ascension-All Saints, Racine on Sunday, February 24, 2019. He was born in Kenosha on March 10, 1950, the son of the late Robert and Bernice (nee: Gosselin) Langer.    On July 11, 1987, in St. George Catholic Church, he was united in marriage to Bernice C. Bergemann. Jim was a longtime employee of the Aluminum Fence Corp., first as an installer and later as a salesman. He was a lifetime member of St. George, later, St. Elizabeth Catholic Church. Jim was an avid hunter and fisherman. Surviving are his wife, Bernice; two children, Randy (Rose) Langer, of Sturtevant, Stacy (Mike) Heller, of Kenosha; 4 grandchildren, Ty Heller, Brandon Langer, Abby Heller, and Dustin Langer; 2 sisters, Sandra Langer, of Racine, and Bonnie (Greg) Malzewski, in New York; nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his first wife, Lana, and his sister, Ellen Bjurman.
