Fred died in Harrogate Hospital, North Yorkshire, England after a 15 year battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was affectionally known as Bud. Fred was the son of Frederck "Fritz" and Jean (Doerflinger) Milloy. After graduating from SJHS in 1965, Bud enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving his country for 4 years as an intelligence specialist. Shortly after returning home, he began working for Jupiter Transportation where he stayed for many years. On July 25, 1990, in England, he was united in marriage to the former Alice Grey Tatton Doerflinger. For the past several years he and his wife Alice took extended vacations to England. His father Frederick "Fritz" Milloy preceded him in death. Fred's final resting place is in England.
