Laura Jean Kehrer-Emileane, 62 of Tempe, Arizona passed away November 22, 2015. Laura was born to Robert and Winfred Kehrer on June 13, 1953 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. She moved to Arizona in the 1990's where she worked as a Nurse Practitioner and taught at Arizona State University. Laura is survived by her two daughters Sarah and Meghan, and five brothers and sisters Donna, Timothy, Daniel, Sharon, and Geralyn. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 4, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Advantage Maryvale Mortuary, 6901 W. Indian School Road Phoenix, Arizona.

Laura and I shared the same birthdate. We always would comment about that with each other from time to time even though we were not real close as friends. I felt a connection to her because of knowing we were born on the same day, even though I was adopted and born in Germany. Sweet person. She will be missed I'm sure of it.
