Allen L, Kelps, class of 1961, passed away July 25, 2012 at Aurora Medical Center. He is survived by his wife Charlotte, his daughters, Kelly (Andrew) Macomber and Kim (Kyle) Rodriguez and his grandchildren. Allen was a member of the Fifth Army Band. He was employed by G. Leblanc Corporation. He was a Packer fan and could always be counted on for a big smile and a happy disposition.
