Beverly McPherson, 87, of Kenosha passed away on April 23, 2024, at Ascension All Saints Hospital.

Beverly was born on November 22, 1936, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Thomas and Josephine (Kamin) Daggett. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha, graduating from St. Mary’s Catholic High School in 1954. Beverly married Richard Aulozzi on October 12, 1957. The two shared a love of music and met at the Music Center in Kenosha. After only sixteen years of marriage, Bev lost Richie who went to be with our Lord in 1974. Beverly married again to David McPherson on August 9, 1980, in Waukegan, IL. David  also went to be with our Lord in 1987. 

In addition to Beverly’s lifelong career of being a homemaker and mother, her love for cooking allowed her to establish two different catering services, Aulozzi Catering and later Bev’s Catering. She also had a love and talent for writing and penned many poems, stories, and even a book in her lifetime. In 1992 she earned an Associate of Applied Science from Gateway Technical School.  She worked for Alpha Homes as a Community Support Specialist until her retirement in 2002. Upon retirement, Beverly volunteered with RSVP as a mentor and sang in their choir. Beverly was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved and adored by her children, step-children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She never forgot a birthday and attended every concert and sports event possible. She loved spending time with all of them whenever she could. Beverly was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Kenosha. Her hobbies included cooking, baking, going on casino trips, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and enjoying her pet fish.  Beverly will be missed more than words can express, and her memory and legacy will live on forever.

Survivors include her children, Gina (Brian) Ford, Domenick (Mari) Aulozzi, Katherine (Randy) Romnek, Sally (Steve) Foote, Elizabeth (Paul) Tomczak all of Kenosha; brother, Thomas Daggett of CA; also included are her five step-children, 11 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Josephine; husbands, Richard and David; brothers, Lloyd Kamin, Wilbur Rush, George Rush, James Rush and her sister, Marie Rush.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, May 5th, from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at First Presbyterian Church, 1803-83rd Street. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm.
