Donald J. Becker

1950 - 2023

KENOSHA - Donald "Don" Becker, 72, of Kenosha passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at Froedtert South-St. Catherine's. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Don was born on November 2, 1950 in Kenosha, the son of the late Paul and Hedwig (Hammacke) Becker, Sr. He was educated in Kenosha, graduating from St. Joseph's H.S. and UW-Parkside.

He was owner/operator of Villani Becker & Larsen for many years, in addition to working as an International Operations Specialist for the IRS earlier in his career.

Don was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. He was also former President, Vice President, and Treasurer of St. Joseph's H.S. Board of Trustee's. Don was a member of the Elk's Club, Western Kiwanis, American Institute of CPA's, and the WI & IL CPA Society.

His hobbies included fishing and boating at his lake house in Arbor Vitae, WI, vacationing in Florida and Mexico, admiring classic cars, but most of all spending time with his family and friends, especially his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his children: Donald J. Becker, Jr. of Arbor Vitae, WI; Sarah M. (Deepak Nath) Longoria of Pleasant Prairie; Brian P. (Cayla Dole) Becker of Kenosha; brothers: Rudolph (Jean) Becker of Pleasant Prairie; James A. (Linda) Becker of Brighton, WI; granddaughters: Madeline Grace and Halle Rose Longoria. Don was preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Paul, Helmuth, Raymond, John; and sisters: Hattie Morris and Gertrude McNamara.

A visitation will be held on Monday, September 25, 2023 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 7307 40th Ave., Kenosha, WI 53142, from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM, with a Mass to follow at 1:30 PM.
