Terence J. Harte, retired C.P.D. Captain after 40 years of service, passed away February 11, 2014.

Beloved husband of Laura for 42 years; loving father of Stacey (Steven) Prus, Elizabeth (James) Urquhart, Megan Harte and Erin (Tom) Balata; caring grandfather of Charlotte, Madeleine, Gabrielle, Emily, the late Ella, Ethan and Terence; fond brother of Marianne Schnabel and the late Thomas.

Visitation Friday, from 2 to 9 pm, with a St. Jude prayer service at 7 pm at Olson Burke/Sullivan Funeral & Cremation Center, 6467-77 N. Northwest Hwy. (one block north of Devon), Chicago. Funeral Mass Saturday, 10 am, at St. Pascal Catholic Church, 3935 N. Melvina (at Irving), Chicago. Interment private.
