Died Friday morning January 6, 2006 at his residence. Anthony was born April 2, 1956 in Kenosha, Wisconsin a son of Anthony and Gloria (Bobusch) Scuglik, Sr. He had been a Kalamazoo area resident for 3 years and was employed with Borgess Hospital. He was also a member of the Portage First United Methodist Church. On May 21, 1983, he was united in marriage to Kimberly A. (Hebden) Scuglik who survives. Also surviving, 3 children, Kari, Corey, and Cody all of Kalamazoo; his parents, Anthony (Gloria) Scuglik, Sr. of Kenosha, WI; 2 sisters, Linda Parson of West Virginia and Jean (Johnnie) Wisdon of Alabama; 3 brothers, David (Chris) Scuglik of Wisconsin, Frank (Vicky) Scuglik of Indiana, and Steve (Peggy) Scuglik of Illinois; his mother-in-law, Dawn Hebden of Bellaire, MI; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services will be held 11 o'clock Monday at the Portage First United Methodist Church, 8740 S. Westnedge Ave. Visitation will be 6-8pm Sunday at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 E. Centre Ave. Private burial will take place at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Portage First United Methodist Church or the Visiting Nurse Association Hospice Program.
