Obituary:

Anthony "Tony" Caruso, age 57 a former resident of Kenosha, died on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Aspirus Hospital, Wausau, WI, with his sisters Joanne, Lisa, and brother-in-law, Jeff by his side.

Born in Kenosha on October 14, 1954, he was the son of Dr. Frank and Bonnie (Pell) Caruso.  Tony was a 1972 graduate of St. Joseph High School and a 1976 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with his Degree in Accounting.

Tony was employed as a Certified Public Accountant in the banking industry for over 26 years.

He had many interests, but enjoying spectator sports, photography, reading and relaxing at the cabin were some of his favorites.  Tony was more than a life-long Green Bay Packer fan.  Admittedly, he could accurately discuss the team's entire franchise history.  Likewise, he could not wait for baseball spring training to arrive.   He had a deep appreciation of the game and described baseball as "the closest thing to a perfect sport".

Indeed, Tony will sadly be missed by his family and all who knew him.  He is survived by his father, Frank of FL; his three sisters, Joanne (Jeffrey) Blise of Wausau, Lisa (Steven) Austin of Beavercreek, OH and Nicole Caruso of Kenosha; his brother, David Caruso of Kenosha; three nieces, Melissa (John) Blise Porter, Sarah Beth (Jade) Blise Staup, and Amelia Blise; two great nephews, Michael and Jeffrey Porter; and two great nieces, Mary Beth Porter and Julia Staup.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie and a sister, Mary Beth.
