Mike died March 21,1988 @ VA hospital in Milwaukee.

Every year there is a ceremony to pay tribute to those men and women who sacrificed so much for their country. The ceremony is held on the third Monday in April — In Memory Day. The veterans being honored on, “In Memory Day”, didn’t die in the war but died because of it. Their names don’t appear on the famed black granite walls on the Vietnams Veteran Memorial, but rather kept in a book.
