Thomas A. Kaminski, 61, Minot, died Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, in a Minot Hospital.

Thomas was born on Aug. 6, 1949, in Kenosha, Wis., the son of Anthony and Anna (Laucius) Kaminski.

He was reared and educated in Kenosha, graduating from St. Joseph High School in Kenosha.

He then started his career in the Air Force which spanned 30 years, serving in different areas of the world. His first assignment was Langley Air Force Base in Virginia and his last assignment was Minot Air Force Base in logistics, moving to Minot in 1994. He retired as a USAF Chief Master Sergeant and a Vietnam Veteran.

On Aug. 23, 1977, he married Myong Cha in Korea. For the last years he was a supply manager at Minot Job Corps.

Thomas was a Chicago Cubs and Green Bay Packer Fan. Tom loved to hang out with his family and friends and was an avid golfer and fisherman.

Survivors, Wife of 33 years, Myong Kaminski, Minot; sons, Anthony (Nicole Lowe) Kaminski, Richmond, Va., and Thomas A. Kaminski, Jr., Minot, N.D.; grandchildren, Brayden A. and Robert T. Kaminski; sisters, Mary E. Lesniak, Kenosha, Wis., and Joan A. (Don) Holzemer, Bellevue, Iowa.
