Michael A. Dinan was born in Aurora, Illinois on August 12, 1949, the son of William and Bea Dinan.  In childhood, he moved with his parents to Wheaton, Illinois, where he received his early education.  He came to Kenosha in 1960 and graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1967.

He married Miss Penny McLeod in Kenosha on May 24, 1969.

He was an apprentice electrician at Johnson Motors Corporation in Waukegan, Illinois.  He was a member of the Johnson Motors Club and Union.

He was also a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Church.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Mark; his parents; a brother, Tim Dinan; and two sisters, Beth and Pat Dinan.

Mike died in an automobile accident on February 17, 1973.  He was 23 years old.
