Donald Allen Desnoyers, 70, passed away in Mt. Pleasant, Wis., on Thursday, April 27, 2017.

He was born on Feb. 23, 1947, in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., the son of William and M. Virginia (nee: Mulhern) Desnoyers. Don served in the US Air Force from 1966 – 1970, where he completed two tours in Vietnam. On Dec. 30, 1972, he was married to Nancy Louise Horness at the Olivet Evangelical Free Church in Muskegon, Mich. Don retired from the LeFebure Corporation after more than 20 years of service.

Donald is survived by his devoted wife Nancy Desnoyers of Mt. Pleasant; their sons and daughters-in-law, Andrew and Carrie Desnoyers of Caledonia, Erik and Melissa Desnoyers of Brookfield; grandchildren Clara and Emilia Desnoyers of Brookfield; his mother M. Virginia Littel of Kenosha; siblings John Desnoyers of Union Grove, Larry (Anna) Littel of Salem, Charles Littel of Loon Valley, Minn., Mark (Danette) Littel of Kalamazoo, Mich., Mike (Laura) Littel of Pleasant Prairie, Mary (Bruce) Edmark of Kenosha, and Paul (Gayle) Littel of New Berlin; as well as many other relatives and friends, including longtime friend, Robert Axtell of McAllen, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his father, and by his brother William Desnoyers.

Interment and Military Honors will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2017, at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring Street, Union Grove.
