Mary Beth Schumacher, 36, formerly of Kenosha, late of Alexandria, VA., died Monday, December 12, 1983, at Arlington Hospital in Arlington, VA after a week-long illness. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William H. and Mary (Hinners) Schumacher, she was born October 17, 1947 in Kenosha, WI. She attended St. James Grade School, St. Joseph High School, and was a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor of science degree. She moved to the Washington, D.C. area in 1969 and had been employed as a systems programmer by the Department of Justice since 1971. She was a member of St. Joseph High School Alumni Club, University of Wisconsin Alumni Association, Washington Capitols Hockey Fan Club, and other professional clubs in the area. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and her paternal grandfather.
