Thomas Schmitt, 34, 265 Langdon St., Madison, WI, died at the Veterans Hospital in Madison. The son of Mr. and Mrs. John (Margaret Dorau) Schmitt of Kenosha, he was born in Kenosha on April 26, 1947 and was educated here. He lived in Madison since 1970. He entered the U.S. Army on March 5, 1969, served in the 95th Military Police Battalion in Vietnam and was discharged on Nov. 29, 1970. Tom was a bartender at Josie Tavern & Restaurant in Madison and was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
