Darlene R. Anderson, 71, of Sugar Camp, Wisconsin, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017 at Season of Life, Woodruff, Wisconsin.

Born on June 15, 1946, in Kenosha, she was the daughter of George and Ruth Orth (Starika). She attended local schools and graduated from St. Joseph High School, Kenosha, Wisconsin June 1964.

On September 26, 1964, she married Bruce L. Anderson at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Kenosha, Wisconsin and raised four loving children.

She was employed and retired from Ladish Tri-Clover Inc. as a Machine Operator after 22 years of service.

Darlene’s passion was motorcycle riding and she was a member of WOW (Women on Wheels). She, her husband, and their friends spent many summers travelling around the United States on their motorcycles. She made it to every state in the U.S. She was an avid baker and her deserts were always in high demand. She was extremely involved in her grandchildren’s lives, attending all of their activities and functions.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Bruce of Sugar Camp; three daughters, Shirley (Patrick) Daugherty of Kenosha, Karen (Ken) Gorman of Kenosha, and Roxanne (Blair) Stowell of Pleasant Prairie; a son, Alan (Lisa) Anderson of Kenosha; nine grandchildren, Nicholas Chovan, Ryan Daugherty; Katelyn, Kody and Kameron Gorman; Justin and Lindsay Stowell; Tyler and Carl Anderson; and two great-grandchildren Brooklyn Chovan and Troy Gorman; her mother Ruth Orth of Kenosha; a sister, Sandy (Jeff) Siemion of Kenosha; and a brother, Dennis (Linda) Orth of Yuma, AZ.

Darlene is preceded in death by her father, George Orth and a granddaughter at birth Ashley Stowell.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 with the Father Sean Granger of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will follow at St. George Cemetery.
