Obituary for Chalrei Rose Kehl-Lipske (Kehl)

Chalrei R, Kehl-Lipske, 66, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 30, 2012, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Spring Valley, IL, on October 16, 1945, she was the daughter of Frederick and Mary (Chiapelli) Kehl. She and her family moved to Kenosha when she was a child where she graduated from St. Joseph High School and Gateway Technical College’s School of Nursing.
She married Harold Lipske in June of 1986; he preceded her in death November 19, 2010.
For many years Chalrei was an emergency room nurse at United Hospital System-Kenosha. Later she worked at Brookside Care Center until her retirement.
Chalrei was devoted to life and to her family. She and her husband enjoyed traveling around the country on their motorcycle.
Surviving are her three children, Keith Dumesic of Kenosha, Keven Dumesic of Las Vegas, NV, and Karene (William) Lewis of Winthrop Harbor, IL; her mother, Mary Toellen of Spring Valley, IL; a brother, Allan (Diane) Kehl of Kenosha; and her three grandchildren, Karlie, Ben and Danny Lewis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frederick Kehl.
Funeral services will he held on Friday, February 3rd, at Proko Funeral Home at 12:00 noon. Interment will follow at St. George Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday at Proko Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance or the American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
