Mary Louise Cox, 1958 graduate (of St. Mary's High School) passed away August 18, 2013, after a debilitating stroke on March 17, 2013. Mary was a Latin and English teacher at St. Thomas More High School in St. Francis for 35 years. Reverend Edmund Olley, formerly of St. Joseph High School, hired Mary and there she found her calling. Mary was passionate about teaching, especially Latin and she loved everything about St. Thomas More HIgh School. In 2012 she was inducted into the St. Thomas More High School Alumni Hall of Fame, the first woman to be inducted.
