Ralph M. Cable, 79, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Monday, January 16, 2017 at his residence.

He was born on December 22, 1937 to the late John W. and Bertha (Reindl) Cable in Kenosha. He was educated in the schools of Kenosha and graduated from St. Mary’s High School.

Ralph entered the US Army on August 7, 1961 and was honorably discharged on August 6, 1963.

On April 15, 1963 he married Carol Jean Moseley in Las Vegas. She preceded him in death on November 28, 2014.

Ralph worked in the family business as an excavator for all of his life. Ralph was a hard working man that always provided for his family.

Ralph played pro-am softball and played well into his later years. Ralph enjoyed bowling going to Nationals for many years. He also enjoyed golfing and playing cribbage. Ralph had integrity and did what he said he would do. He was a kind hearted man who made many life long friends. He will sadly be missed by all.

Ralph is survived by his children Barry A. Cable of Kenosha and Michelle L. Cable of CA, his grandchildren Andrew, Ryan, Alex and Vaughn, his brother John W. (Dorothy) Cable of Kenosha and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his son Jeffrey on March 21, 2016, his sisters Peggy Kaufman and Bertie Koerber and his brothers Robert and Charles.

Visitation for Ralph will be held on Saturday, February 11th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Military Honors will be conducted at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The family would like to invite everyone to the VFW from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to celebrate Ralph’s life.
